Registration

We are excited to start planning for the new school year and having our students back in the building 5 days a week.  One change that will be taking place next year, is that middle schools will be transitioning to a 6-period day as well as moving to 3 trimesters instead of 4 quarters. We will share more information about the upcoming year as it is released.

Review Student Information Online

If you have not already, we are asking that you take a moment and review your student’s information online. You will do this by going to your ParentVUE account.

No ParentVUE Account?

For incoming 6th Graders

If you do not have an active parentvue account, please contact your student’s current school and they can help you get one set up.

For 7th and 8th Graders

If you do not have an active ParentVUE account, please contact our main office at (503) 399-3224 and we can help you get one set up.

Online Registration Account Access

Once you have logged into ParentVUE, you will see Online Registration Account Access in the upper right-hand corner. Once you click on that you will be able to start your Online Registration for 2022-2023 school year.

Please review the information on the registration form and make any necessary changes. Registration can only be completed by the individual who lives with the student at the address on file.

Emergency Contact Info

Emergency contact phone numbers are critical and must be accurate. If you have moved, Proof of Residency should be attached for any address change. Proof of Residency can be a scan of a current Electric, Cable, Water, Garbage bill, or a signed rental/purchase agreement. If you move before the beginning of the coming school year, please notify our office immediately to ensure that you receive information from us over the summer.

Please let us know if your student will not be returning to Whiteaker in fall.
