Online Registration

Online registration is now available for K-12 students for the 2023-24 school year. If you're registering your student for the current school year, the best time to do so is as soon as possible.

New Families

Are you new to the Salem-Keizer School District? Welcome! New student registration can completed online.

Have you ever had a student attend a Salem-Keizer public school? Then you have an existing ParentVue account and can register online.

If you have never activated your ParentVUE account, please activate your account online.

Three-Step Registration Process

This is how you register and enroll a new K-12 student at any of our schools:

  1. Documentation - Please have the appropriate documentation to register your child. The school will ask for a record of your child’s immunization records.

  2. Identify your student’s school - Use our Find My School and Bus Route app to determine what school your student(s) will attend based on your home address. You can also call our Boundary Information line at 503-399-3246.

  3. Register - To register your child for school, login to your ParentVue account or contact your school for assistance.

Directions to select your electives

  1. Click on link, the Google form will open in a new tab.
  2. Complete the basic information, Student Name and Student ID
  3. Click the SUBMIT button to ensure responses are sent to Whiteaker’s registrar.

Emergency Contact Info

Emergency contact phone numbers are critical and must be accurate. If you have moved, Proof of Residency should be attached for any address change. Proof of Residency can be a scan of a current Electric, Cable, Water, Garbage bill, or a signed rental/purchase agreement. If you move before the beginning of the coming school year, please notify our office immediately to ensure that you receive information from us over the summer.

Please let us know if your student will not be returning to Whiteaker in fall.
